Delete your Tendil account

You can permanently delete your Tendil account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what gets removed.

Delete it yourself, in the app (fastest)

Open Tendil → Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete account → confirm.

Your account and data are erased immediately and cannot be recovered.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email support@vastorb.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Tendil account”. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and login credentials (name, email).
All your tasks, captures and their raw text.
Any voice notes you recorded.
Your energy history, reminder settings and quiet hours.
Your device push-notification tokens.

This deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery period. Anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained. Records we are legally required to keep (for example, a store record of a purchase) are retained only for as long as the law requires.

A note on subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
