Tendil — Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Tendil app, operated by Vastorb. By using Tendil you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The service

Tendil helps you capture, organize, and gently get reminded about tasks based on your current energy. Tendil is a productivity tool only — it is not medical, clinical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and is not a substitute for professional care.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use Tendil. You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, billing & renewals

• Tendil offers an optional Premium subscription (monthly or annual). Some features (e.g. unlimited active tasks, custom reminder intensity, the focus timer) require Premium; the rest is free.
• Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no illegal use, no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service, and no uploading of content you don't have the right to.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the tasks and content you add. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service (including sending it to our processors to transcribe and organize it, as described in the Privacy Policy).

6. Intellectual property

Tendil, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by Vastorb. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vastorb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed task, reminder, or deadline arising from your use of (or inability to use) Tendil.

9. Termination

You may stop using Tendil and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
